About a month ago I cleaned out my office and realized how much baggage I was holding onto. Papers, bills, photographs of darker times in my life. And there it all was literally surrounding me. Since I’ve thrown it all away, I’ve found that my mind is clearer, and my old resentments have waned. Feng Shui is an amazing concept.
If there is one thing I tell people when they want to make even the smallest changes – is pick one thing and clean it out. Whether it is drawer, a closet or the glove compartment of your car. Moving furniture around is also a great way to get the energy moving.

It is hard to let go. I have my sacred cows. This short proverb is a gentle reminder that the only that is real is the present moment. I need to let go of my historical narrative designed to fit my view of the past and my fantastic future.
